Serious Fun 4 U is an event for CLD practitioners in Scotland. This is the 4th event and this time it will focus on a web based CPD framework for practitioners and will look at the use of social media platforms for engaging young people, adults and community groups.
The event is over 2 days and the first day sees a world cafe conversation to kick the day off.
In the evening there will be a dialogue session where Youth Work Online's very own Katie Bacon, will be debating the merits of online engagement with Terry Barber from the University of Dundee.
Day 2 sees a series of workshops taking place around the CPD i-develop framework, coaching approach to CPD an interactive whiteboard use. Katie will stay for day 2 delivering a workshop on social media and ethics.
You can follow the event on Twitter by following @seriousfun4u and by using the hashtag #sf4u on the two days.
