In the final session I asked everyone to share online three things they learnt at the event.
Ideally I would encourage everyone to do that through a blog post (you can blog from your member page here on UK Youth Online) but if you don't want to do that - you can jot the three things you learned at today's unconference in a reply below...
Hi Tim thanks for a great event, sorry I had to leave earlier!
Three things I learnt:
1. There is a good network of professionals from the field interested in social networking and youth work and I'm excited about the potential opportunities to collaborate
2. About the Plings project and I hope that Norfolk will be able to share and learn from the pilot projects. Note: Norfolk is a rural county available for any additional pilots!
3. About Harry's company in Norfolk and that he might be able to help me with my widgets project...
Hi Tim
Yes - I agree - a really good day and also apologies for leaving early....
What did I learn?
1. That there are lots of people out there doing great things in relation to youth work and social networking
2. I feel I have a much more balanced view of social networking, young people and risk
3. That this is a really good network for collaborative learning and potentially more formal education and training
If I had a fourth one - it would be that I've learnt that I need to get my photo uploaded - especially now I've met lots of people......
Thanks again Tim and will be in touch!

I gained so much from the 2 days in London, my brain hurts from thinking and and processing new ideas/concepts.
I think the open learning space was GREAT! Devon is going to promote it at next conference. I felt respected as an adult and as practitioner, so good not have another person dictate my learning for the day.
I'm going to try it out with a youth project.
I shall blog on this site of work being undertaken in Devon. - kt
