Hi All
Just a quick post to find out who is coming down to London the night before the event? If people fancy getting together for a drink on the Friday evening I'm happy to have a look for somewhere for us all to meet or if anyone has any suggestions that would be good!

I've booked into a Travel Lodge near Covent Garden but I'm sure others may have alternative suggestions. I imagine most places should be ok!

I've had a bit of a scout around for a suitable pub and have come up with All Bar One. Not sure but this might be the same chain as the pub we went to last year in Bristol so seemed to be a safe bet.
Details of the pub are at http://www.viewlondon.co.uk/pubsandbars/all-bar-one-info-10288.html and it isn't far from Charing Cross, Covent Garden and Liecester Square stations so think it should be ok to get to. If anyone else has any other suggestions let me know otherwise I shall assume that this is a good choice.
Tim - can you include this info if you send out a reminder email this week?

Hi folks,
I am coming down on the Friday but am staying with friends who have arranged to pick me up and see me okay, i.e. fed and watered, so I won't make the Friday eve thing but sounds great, enjoy :)
