"This was an excellent course. I learned loads of practical tips on how to implement social networking and got loads of advice on issues around safety, consent etc. I feel really inspired and enabled about taking this forward in my orgainsation and would recommend the training to anyone who engage with young people."
"I already knew quite a bot about SNS from a personal point of view but it was good to look at the with a different perceptive . I learn how easy it is to make a film clip, upload to Youtube then add annotations, I had not done this before."
"Really liked the practical aspects of the course, using busbis then uploading it to the web. As a complete beginner I found everything really interested and very useful."
Hi Katie,
Thanks for getting in touch. I've got involved with this as we are currently doing our Safeguarding policy at church in Uplyme. I'd love to have a chat sometime/or see the risk assessment and policy. I'm head of St Andrew's Primary in Chardstock too. I'm really pleased that I can find out what is happening for workers in Devon. I'm particularly concerned to protect our youth workers as well as thinking about keeping kids safe and giving advice to parents. Any ideas are really welcome!
Look forward to hearing from you.

My name is katie and I work in Devon! Seems only polite to introduce myself. We've created risk assessment and polices to social media within Devon County Council to engage with young people.
Drop me a message if you fancy having a natter and bouncing some ideas around.
