- Prior to becoming a nationally acclaimed youth work consultant, author and trainer Vanessa Rogers managed a wide range of services for young people including a large youth centre and targeted detached projects for Hertfordshire County Council. She is currently The National Youth Agency's leading author, writes for Youth Work Now and been commissioned to write training packs for a wide range of organisations, including the BBC.
