Yes BARCA-Leeds alongside Nacro are the preferred providers for Junior YIPS across the city, we will continue to run the Bramley JYIP and take on little London. The process of staffing is first to TUPE existing staff and then if post are available they will be advertised. I'm not sure where post will be advertised or in deed when.
