Exploring youth engagement in a digital age
Y Care International (YCI) is recruiting a Global Youth Work Co-ordinator to manage our Global Youth Work in Action project, funded by the Department for International Development. We seek an individual with strong experience in project management who is able to support the design and fundraising of new projects. You must be comfortable working alongside a wide range of stakeholders including young people, youth workers and senior managers.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience at a national level. You will lead organising of training events, a national event for young people and supporting a range of organisations deliver smaller global youth work projects.
Salary: £ 28,400 (includes Inner London weighting) pro rata.
This post is offered on an initial 8 month, fixed-term contract (June 2012 – March 2013). We welcome secondment enquiries.
The deadline for applications is Sunday 29th April. We would expect the successful candidate to start the role on Monday 11th June 2012.
